The Clean Skin Club turned to GGS for all of their branding needs for their soon-to-be skincare empire. Showcasing their pure, natural and organic ingredients, we crafted custom packaging and web development that is the centerpiece of their online skincare business!
GGS created one of the most elegantly customized Shopify websites that handles not only product subscriptions, but a fully custom “build your box” functionality. The system also included a progress bar showing a user user how close they are to earning free shipping based on a minimum required spend. We integrated ReCharge subscriptions so users can modify or skip shipments of their subscriptions.
The Clean Skin Club wanted a logo that incorporated the face of its audience. This fresh face would embody the brand and their messaging — clean and inclusive. The face of the Clean Skin Club needed to be friendly, smart, and alluring all at once — so we illustrated it for them!
Just like their luxury cotton swabs and plush pads we wanted our clients to leave a distinct impression whenever they handed off their business cards — The cards have a velvety-soft cottony touch making contact with that contact a real, physical experience. We also made them visually stunning with silver foil and embossing to make their iconic logo pop.
Clean and fresh was a must in the Clean Skin Club package design. From the bold blues to the sparkle of silver, the packaging had to be clean, light and fashionable so that people could feel good about displaying them on their bathroom counters, throwing them in their handbags or taking them on the go!
Getting products to pop from their print and digital pages draws customers in—customers shop with their eyes first, so creating photos that capture the fresh, clean, nature-inspired products of the Clean Skin Club was critical. Capturing products in their natural habitat increases customer awareness, they can see how the product fits right into their lives. To do this type of photography requires staging. Setting the stage with props, proper background, lighting, and imagery sets the scene for the star of the show—your product.
A BSM is a great way to ensure a Brand’s marketing materials, packaging, and over-all look and feel remain consistent. It’s a do’s and don’ts manual which defines the bounds of what is (and isn’t) acceptable regarding all things relating to your Brand. A BSM is also where you’ll find the break down of your Brand’s colors for both print and web, find examples of all the typefaces and fonts your Brand utilizes, see examples of logo usage, etc.
