Doctors House Calls (DHC) specializes in personalized in-home care at a time when most people prefer to stay home. In order to reach out to both consumers in need of care, and physicians looking to partner and expand their offerings, DHC reached out to Green Group Studio for their marketing and automation needs.
Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) is a great way to advertise your business on a per-mail-route basis. After identifying DHC’s service area and demographics, we worked together to target prospective customers and design a beautiful, targeted mailer consistent with DHC’s existing branding.
DHC values being organized in both their branding and marketing, and turned to GGS for our medical design expertise. We helped create a unified look and feel across their collateral, including this dashing folder that helps build confidence in their brand. The folders can be used to distribute important Dr./patient forms, informative brochures, and the medical professional’s business card.
To add a bit of flair and professionalism to DHC’s corporate office, we custom designed and produced a ready-to-install vinyl window appliqué, showcasing their logo and office hours and contact info.
In an effort to help DCH reach additional consumers as well as medical practices to partner with, GGS designed multiple email campaigns, secured multiple email databases, and assisted with multiple digital campaigns for both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. We also created a dynamic survey e-blast that allows DHC to solicit reviews and feedback from customers to both bolster their (already great) online rankings and receive constructive feedback to continue to provide the best in-home healthcare. We are also working with DHC to help automate communications wherever practical.
