Compassion at the Core
Kogan Counseling Services is a mental health practice in Greenacres, Florida, founded by Randee Kogan. Specializing in trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, the practice provides compassionate, personalized care through individual and group therapy, trauma-informed yoga, and professional consultation. To establish a cohesive and professional presence, Kogan Counseling engaged Green Group Studio to develop a new brand identity, coordinating marketing materials, and a comprehensive website that reflects its mission and connects individuals with the support they need.
Creating an Identity That Connects
A practice centered on compassion deserves a visual identity that reflects its values. Green Group Studio developed a new logo and brand identity for Kogan Counseling Services, exploring multiple design directions before refining the selected mark into a cohesive visual system.
The branding extended into a custom brand reference guide and coordinating stationery, including professional letterhead and an editable Microsoft Word template. Together, these deliverables established a consistent visual foundation for the practice’s print and digital communications.
A Welcoming Digital Space
Building on the new brand identity, GGS designed and developed a comprehensive website that reflects the practice’s supportive, professional approach to mental healthcare. Beginning with wireframes and homepage design concepts, our team created a cohesive digital experience with inviting imagery, thoughtful typography, and clear navigation.
The responsive website organizes the practice’s extensive range of counseling services into accessible, easy-to-explore pages. From individual therapy and trauma recovery to professional consultation and specialized treatments, visitors can learn about the practice’s expertise and find the support they need.
Building Trust Through Education and Expertise
Beyond introducing the practice, the website provides a platform for education, advocacy, and professional credibility. GGS developed dedicated pages highlighting Kogan Counseling’s areas of expertise, including sexual assault, human trafficking, domestic violence, and anxiety, alongside a detailed Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy section.
We also created pages showcasing Randee Kogan’s professional background, client testimonials, educational resources, and media appearances. These features help visitors connect with the person behind the practice while reinforcing its extensive experience in trauma-informed care.
Additional work included email platform integration through Brevo, Cloudflare configuration, privacy policy updates, and ongoing website enhancements following the April 2025 launch.
