E-commerce website development w/ subscription management
BoneKare USA engaged Green Group Studio to redesign and redevelop its website for BoneKare®, an equine supplement used to support bone health, soft tissue vitality, recovery, and overall performance. The project focused on presenting the brand and product information more clearly while improving the online purchasing experience for customers. GGS also helped expand the website’s ecommerce functionality to better support subscriptions, customized checkout needs, and backend customer/order tracking.
A Blue Ribbon For Website Redevelopment
GGS redesigned and redeveloped the BoneKare USA website with a cleaner, more polished presentation that helps customers quickly understand the product, its benefits, and how to purchase. The updated site provides a more intuitive structure for key content, including product information, testimonials, studies, FAQs, and customer support. The result is a more professional and user-friendly website that better supports BoneKare’s brand, credibility, and growth in the U.S. equine market.
Keeping Subscriptions on Track
To improve the ecommerce experience, GGS built a more streamlined purchase process with support for one-time purchases and subscription-based ordering. The checkout was customized with fields and logic tailored to BoneKare’s customer and fulfillment needs, including an initially accelerated subscription delivery on the first reorder to enable proper consumption for horses new to the BoneKare regiment. GGS also implemented custom backend customer tracking and order management features, giving the BoneKare team better visibility into customer activity, subscription status, and order details.
Mobile Checkout Convenience - Ordering on the Go
BoneKare’s responsive ecommerce experience was designed to make ordering simple from any device, whether customers are at the barn, at a show, or managing care between appointments. The mobile checkout flow supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, helping customers complete purchases quickly without unnecessary friction. Subscription orders are also easy to review and manage on the go, giving equestrian customers a more convenient way to keep their horses’ BoneKare supply on schedule.
