Palm Beach County Tax Collector's Office Print Projects
The Palm Beach County Tax Collectors Office, engaged Green Group Studio to assist with print design and multimedia projects for a creative and inspiring design which typically contrasts “stuffy” government design. Over the years, we have provided a range of design services.
Art Installation: A Puzzling Creative Challenge
GGS was tasked with executing the design/build of an art installation that would engage team members, reinforcing their commitment to the office’s Ethics Pledge. The winning idea was a puzzle piece installation that focused around the pledge with a puzzle texture engraved on the PVC sign. The perimeter of the pledge has the puzzle pattern along with several interchangeable pieces where employees can sign and snap into place to be a part of something bigger.
Design That Inspires
The design, execution and feedback of the project was so well received, that it led to installations of this interactive artwork at each of the Tax Collector’s offices throughout Palm Beach County – with each location having their employees reaffirming their commitment with their signature becoming a part of the installation.
Brochure Design Work
Starting in 2022 we created a unique cover for their Tax Planner Services Guide, with an eye-catching design. We then updated the entire guide for 2023, retaining category-specific styling.
Digital Brand Guidelines
To maintain visual consistency and streamline the selection of standardized elements with pre-approved styling, we developed a comprehensive Digital Brand Guide. This guide ensures that all digital assets related to the brand and website adhere to established visual standards, creating a cohesive brand look and feel through consistent use of fonts, colors, and design elements. It’s an invaluable resource for internal use, particularly for team members who are new to the brand.
PBCTCO Website Redevelopment
Green Group Studio was commissioned by the Palm Beach County Tax Collector’s Office to overhaul their website with a focus on modernizing and enhancing user experience for residents. The newly launched platform includes a range of state-of-the-art features, setting a new standard for government websites.
