Bacoo Rum
Sans Wine & Spirits entrusted GGS with developing the brand and visual identity of their latest rum line, Bacoo Rum. Using the provided label designs, and story about their mythical Bacoo spirit, our designers and programmers were able to take the ball and run with it, embodying the brand in each piece.
A Spirited Online Experience
To showcase the 4 rum flavors and tell the Bacoo story both visually and in text, GGS created a fully-custom, responsive WordPress design that looks great on any device. Each rum’s unique flavor profile and demographic was reflected in the design of each, with the visual language mood darkening with the age of each rum. Utilizing custom CSS, we also customized the look and feel of their 3rd party product locator
Design in Motion
We created a custom, mobile-friendly Lottie animation for the website, elevating the brand and user experience with a fun and lightweight animation that plays on the age verification popup. We embodied the playful Bacoo spirit in the animation of their logo.
Building Brand Consistency
Utilizing the brands’s existing label design and preliminary brand deck, our team took the brand voice to a new level, tuning the tone and colors to match each rum line, and adding more detailed guidelines for font and brand usage. This standardization ensures consistency among all marketing pieces for a unified brand.
