Your Brand Voice
Every brand has a voice that is essentially a personification of how consumers see them. For example, Proctor and Gamble conjures up images of a nurturer, while Wells Fargo emotes a more respectable feel. Your brand’s voice is important as it will set the stage for the types of consumers you attract.
Your Brand Messaging
Your brand's message is no more clear than in your tagline. A brand message states what a company's position is and what they intend on providing to their customers. For example, Target's famous tagline "Expect More. Pay Less." effectively states the company's goal of providing quality products at a lower cost than its competitors. Your brand messaging should be consistent throughout your marketing ventures so that consumers are well aware of your position in the market.
